Transmissions have a lot of parts. All these parts need to be clean and in good condition to work together properly. The step-by-step process of rebuilding a transmission must be done in an exact order so all the parts are placed or aligned correctly.

Many of the parts have to be stream cleaned.

 Parts are sorted laid out so they are all accounted for.

Other parts are hand cleaned. All are inspected for nick’s or damage.
